Your content, organised

After deposit, supply approved copy, contact details, pricing and factual claims, original media with permissions and credits, and required access. One decision-maker gathers consolidated feedback.

Functionality in scope

Booking, enquiry, deposit and commerce features are agreed within the appropriate written scope. Integrations and third-party costs are identified in the proposal, not assumed to be included.

50% deposit before production; 50% after approval and before final source and handover. Client-managed handover is included. Domains, subscriptions and paid platform features remain client costs. Ongoing updates are separate: approved work at $150 AUD / £75 per hour, or optional care from $150 AUD / £75 per month.

Process / From scope to handover

How a world gets built

  1. 01

    Agree the scope

We agree what the site needs to achieve, its pages and functionality, the price and delivery window in a written proposal.

You get: A clear scope and fixed quote.

  2. 02

    Confirm your deposit

A 50% deposit is received before production. Detailed content collection follows the deposit, not the initial enquiry.

You get: Your next steps for preparing the build.

  3. 03

A clear brief before we build

Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a detailed project brief and asset checklist. Complete it with your business information, website content and creative preferences, then share your approved files through Google Drive or WeTransfer. This gives us one organised reference to build from and keeps back-and-forth to a minimum.

You get: A private build brief and organised asset instructions.

  4. 04

Your complete submission starts the clock

Your build timeframe starts when we receive your completed build brief and all required content, assets and access, provided your deposit has cleared. We’ll acknowledge receipt and confirm your delivery date.

You get: Confirmation of receipt and your delivery date.

  5. 05

    Build and review

We build the agreed site and share an approval preview. You provide consolidated feedback across two revision rounds, unless the proposal states otherwise.

You get: A working preview to review against the scope.

  6. 06

    Approve and settle the balance

Once you approve the work, the remaining 50% is due before final files, source and handover.

You get: The approved site ready for handover once payment clears.

  7. 07

    Handover and launch

We complete launch checks and hand over the final site and agreed access. Ongoing care or additional changes are separately agreed.

You get: Your finished website and the keys to manage it.

Before you begin

A few things, answered.

When does my timeframe start?

Your build timeframe starts when we receive your completed build brief and all required content, assets and access, provided your deposit has cleared. We’ll acknowledge receipt and confirm your delivery date. All delivery windows are in business days. Up to seven business days is included in the standard One Page package.

Do I need all content ready to enquire?

No. Start with what the website needs to achieve and your preferred timing. We agree the scope first. The detailed build brief and asset checklist are private, post-deposit documents, not enquiry forms.

How do I send content and imagery?

After deposit, complete your build brief and share approved files through Google Drive or WeTransfer using the asset instructions. Include final copy, original imagery and media, permissions and credits, and the content and access required by your scope.

What happens after my deposit?

Once your 50% deposit is received, we send your detailed project brief and asset checklist. Receipt of the completed brief and all required content, assets and access starts the build timeframe, provided the deposit has cleared. Our acknowledgement confirms your delivery date; it does not introduce another approval or scheduling gate.

What if scope or feedback timing changes?

Additional scope or delayed client feedback may affect delivery. We communicate any changes clearly and agree revised scope or timing where needed. Larger requirements can be divided into separately approved phases. Two consolidated revision rounds are included unless your written proposal states otherwise.

What happens at handover and after launch?

After approval, the remaining 50% balance must clear before final files, source and handover. Client-managed handover is included, with you controlling your hosting account. Ongoing updates are not included in that option. Domains, subscriptions and paid platform features are client costs. Optional website care starts at $150 AUD / £75 per month; additional approved work is $150 AUD / £75 per hour. Your proposal confirms the arrangement.
